  • Contact form and MCP inquiry submissions are delivered to our internal systems so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Newsletter emails are stored in a private Google Sheet and used to send you updates about Belden Studio.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Workspace — stores contact, MCP inquiry, and newsletter submissions in private spreadsheets.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and processes web requests. Vercel may log IP addresses as part of standard infrastructure operation.
  • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — provide aggregate site usage and performance analytics.
  • PostHog — provides product analytics for website, form, newsletter, and MCP usage events.
  • Sentry — provides error monitoring, request tracing, and reliability diagnostics.

5. Data Retention

Contact and MCP inquiry submissions are retained so we can respond to business inquiries. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not retain personal data beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
